Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare different types of analytical reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) related with Sales and Distribution
∎ Sales Force support: time-sheets, logistics requirements, market information format etc
∎ All sales Meeting management, provide meeting minutes and follow up Communicate with sales team and give updated information
∎ Executed sales tracking and sales deposit follow up Sales people all TA/DA management
∎ Managing the correspondence to the sales team, dealer and distributor
∎ Providing data and reports to help the sales team, dealer and distributor
∎ Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.
∎ Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions
∎ Provides target vs. sales results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
∎ Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
∎ Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
∎ Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.
∎ Liaise with field force, dealer & distributor to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Provide timely & structured feedback from trade, customers & competitors.
∎ An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
∎ An ability to work independently and as a team.
