Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, M. Pharm, Textile engineering, Food & Nutrition, Agricultural or any science background from any reputed Public and Private University.
∎ Candidates must have 1st Class/ division in all academic examinations with GPA at least 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC and at least 3.00 out of 4.00 in graduation (Hons) and master's degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agro Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Chemical marketing, construction chemical sales, Dyes Chemical Sales, Industrial Raw Materials, Marketing, Petrochemical, Sales and Marketing in FMCG or Pharmaceutical are encouraged to apply, textile chemical
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Type of employment: Permanent / Full time
∎ Sales / Market Development of for the industrial and specialty chemical in Bangladesh market.
∎ Hit sales targets in B2B sector and ensure brand expansion - Identify prospective customers and market area and grow overall sales and profitability of the company.
∎ Follow ups of all existing enquiries, generate new projects/ prospects pipelines aiming sales to new B2B customers.
∎ Support, Maintain and Grow current business.
∎ Negotiate the offers and close the deals.
∎ Keep regular update of raw materials status (in and out).
∎ Maintain our regular supplier communication.
∎ Monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management.
∎ Work in close coordination with our company higher management
∎ Identify opportunities to grow through tradeshows, expos, and distributorships.
∎ Attending chemicals exhibitions fairs and other industry events in order to expand your network and boost our business relationships.
∎ Intensive market research with focus on expanding the company's customer base and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in Chemicals or other related industries minimum 1 -2 years or above sales experience.
∎ Excellent communication skills - using language with precision, easily presenting arguments and synthesizing reports. Fluent in English
∎ Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality
∎ Good Interpersonal skill for maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
∎ Firm commitment to long-term cooperation. Ready for challenges and to achieve targets.
∎ Easy to travel within Bangladesh and abroad.
∎ Computer skills experience Mid to High in MS Office & Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
∎ Age: Not over 35 years as on 30th October 2022

Salary: Negotiable
