∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline from reputed university with good academic result in Marketing Department.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Sales Executive for our company `Zoje Bangladesh Ltd.` which is a leading importer company.
∎ Selected candidates will be appointed initially 6 Month provisional period. Appointment or further extension of contract will depend on the performance of the incumbent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The executive shall be responsible to plan and execute sales of Industrial Sewing Machine and other salable products directly to the prospective buyers, handling of potential customers and compiling daily & monthly sales report.
∎ Preparing and processing customer feedback reports daily and monthly, customer support services for motivation, arrangements for factory visits etc. and all the other necessary activities that required for fresh and new sales by the teams of this department.
∎ He should be able to work on the sales output basis upon company targets.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ To build a strong relationship with the customers.
∎ To manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ To assist the sales team with appropriate customer conduct and behavior to maintain the monthly sales & collection target.
∎ To maintain a proper customer relationship with potential & existing clients.
∎ Developing your self through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Preparing shift report and provide to Managing Director/Director and head office respective department.
∎ Performs other works assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Must be good at English and knowledge about industrial sewing machineries .Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Must be need to have professional attitude.
∎ Responsible, Reliable, Highly energetic, Polite and hardworking.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Must be good at English.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure
Salary:
∎ Gross Salary BDT. 13,000.00 - 20,000.00 and in provisional period 6 Month get 70% of gross salary .
Also have Sales Incentive .
Compensation & Other Benefits:
