Job Context:
∎ We are looking for honest, bright and dynamic individual for its Consumer Goods Food division for the above position. Specially this Products.
∎ Looking for, Regional Sales Manager of Food Supplements and other Consumers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing effective sales and marketing strategy.
∎ Product availability and visibility target achievement.
∎ New Depot , Dealer & SR Setup.
∎ Depot & Dealer Collection & Management.
∎ Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales target.
∎ Achieving sales value & volume target and ensuring optimum products distribution & visibility.
∎ Coordinating direct market channel development activities and establishing new distribution channel, market, territory & belt for achieving sales goal.
∎ Directly supervising Regional Sales Managers, monitoring the activities of ASM & SR.
∎ Deep understanding of changing market dynamics.
∎ Bring with soft copy of sales budget & Marketing plan, Sales Coverage plan, Distributor setup Plan, Sales People Incentive Plan for presentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 (Eight) years experience as RSM/ ASM in reputed company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, Trading/Wholesale/Reatail .
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sauce, Jam Jelly, Pickel, Mustered Oil, spices, soft drinks powder, Rose Water, Vinegar, chanachur, Chips, fried peas, mugdal fries, chutney, tasty saline etc, Retail Store
∎ Sound Knowledge on consumer goods specially related to food product range.
∎ Should have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Excellent in communication both in English & Bangla
∎ Experience in similar field will be given preference
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure.
∎ Only those candidates apply who have experience in Depot, Dealer & Retailer management.

Salary: Negotiable
