Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years of work experience related to implementation of local disaster risk reduction actions, post-disaster recovery and/or settlement improvement works;
∎ Minimum 1 year experience from coordinator, project management, M&E, knowledge management, and/or organizational development role;
∎ Substantive previous experience in coordinating with UN, NGO, and local government partners a strong asset;
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, flexible attitude and ability to communicate and work well with diverse people a must;
∎ Previous experience of working with UN agencies or international organizations operating in humanitarianism or development would be a strong advantage.
