∎ Experience to be in a reputed Private Commercial Bank in financial analysis, risk assessment & mitigation, credit proposal processing and portfolio management.
∎ Training on Credit Risk Management, Project Appraisal and Industrial Credit Management, Trade Finance Operation, etc.
∎ Direct experience in CRM Division of any reputed private commercial Bank having centralized credit operations will carry significant preference.
∎ Computer Literacy commensurate with the job responsibilities and on the job learning attitude is a must.
∎ Experience to be in a reputed Private Commercial Bank in financial analysis, risk assessment & mitigation, credit proposal processing and portfolio management.
∎ Training on Credit Risk Management, Project Appraisal and Industrial Credit Management, Trade Finance Operation, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review Business Proposals, Financial Statements, ICRR, CIB Reports along with conducting credit assessment, industry analysis.
∎ Prepare and present the Credit Proposal to the Credit Review Committee.
∎ Prepare Credit Committee Minutes.Prepare credit appraisal for Management/Executive Committee (EC)/Board of the Directors.
∎ Communicate Management/EC/ Board approvals to Credit Administration Division (CAD) for issuing Sanction Advice.
∎ Compliance of internal and external rules, policies and regulations.
∎ Customer’s Office/ Project Site/Collateral Visit with special focus on stock/receivables verification.
∎ Attend internal and external Audit related to CRM issues as and when required.
∎ Monitor the performance of loan accounts, routing of deposits and raise early alerts in case of deterioration.
∎ Review/Preparation of external / internal policy related with CRM.
