∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are searching for a Leader who has experience in Leading Apparel Retail Stores maintaining inventories and coordinating with Factory & Sales.
∎ Job Location-Dhaka and with extended tour
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales as per business plan;
∎ Follow up day to day Show Room operation related all activities;
∎ Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards;
∎ Follow up inventory, cash, administrative, safety and security issues related to show room;
∎ Together with the store team, prioritize actions that have a clear impact on selling;
∎ Ensure visual merchandising as per plan;
∎ Assist in the daily operation of the store in partnership with the management team;
∎ Promote new products and offers to customers;
∎ Ensure coordination with sales and production teams about proper quality control, codding and pricing;
∎ Prepare business reports to analyze work areas and future developments as per the requirements;
∎ Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction; and
∎ Help resolve customer issues and complaints and escalating problems to the management team when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have proven experience in retail stores maintenance and supervision;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) ;Inventory management, Local Procurement, Supply Chain;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) ;Group of Companies, Retail Store;
∎ Team building capacity and sound leadership; and
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
∎ Should have proven experience in chain outlets and individual store management;
∎ Experienced working with Supply Chain ERP software;
∎ Should have leadership skill and good Team leader;
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, hard-working, innovative & self-motivated;
∎ Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills;
∎ Should be proactive and well organized;
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office; and
∎ Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
