Job Summary:
Subaru Bangladesh Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager (RSM) to manage and expand our presence in modern trade and retail sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, building relationships with key retail partners, ensuring brand visibility, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the modern trade segment across retail chains and outlets
Ensure proper display, branding, and merchandising in retail stores
Develop and implement retail sales strategies to increase revenue
Build strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners
Supervise and guide the retail sales team across multiple locations
Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure proper inventory management
Conduct regular market visits to assess performance and competitor activities
Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations departments to ensure smooth workflow
Execute promotions, campaigns, and new product launches in retail outlets
