Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop an IT hardware & service retail business strategy that supports the segment priorities and introduce an implementation plan to support the strategy that is measurable.
∎ Track the performance of the retail business and evolve key priorities in line with performance.
∎ Identify growth and new IT hardware & service business investment opportunities.
∎ Organizing sales operations and allocating responsibilities to employees. Coordinate with HR regarding recruiting, supervising and guiding employees towards maximum performance.
∎ Preparing and controlling the business's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
∎ As retail business manager, it is your responsibility to create an enjoyable customer experience which exceeds customary standards and service levels.
∎ Ensure retail business profitability and maintain retail security and hygiene. Make sure that good handling of cash is properly followed.
∎ Coordinate with cross functional teams for planning and execution.
∎ Align with specific sales & marketing objectives, overall strategies and action plan.
∎ Deal with customer's complaint and listen with some feedbacks so as to improve their services.
∎ Work together with the company's senior or management and any other job assigned by the management as and when required.
∎ He will have to ensure available stock &SCM as per customer retail demand.
∎ Time to time consult with operation manager regarding new business idea, strategy and new opportunities.
