Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team Leadership and Training:
∎ Recruit, train, and manage retail staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
∎ Develop and execute training programs to enhance staff skills and product knowledge.
∎ Localize training materials from English to Bangladesh language, ensuring effective learning for the team.
∎ Relationship Management:
∎ Maintain positive relationships with distributors, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations and favorable terms.
∎ Collaborate with store staff to understand their needs and challenges, fostering a supportive environment.
∎ Store Image Upgrading and Enhancement:
∎ Enhance the appearance and image of distributor stores, ensuring they align with brand standards and principles.
∎ Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to upgrade store displays, materials, and aesthetics.
∎ Oversee the implementation of new display principles to attract customers and drive sales.
∎ Customer Experience:
∎ Uphold excellent customer service standards by engaging with customers and addressing escalated issues.
∎ Identify customer preferences and trends to enhance the shopping experience and boost sales.
∎ Sales and Performance Analysis:
∎ Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, analyzing performance data to optimize results.
∎ Monitor expenses and control costs to maximize profitability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 44 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry.
∎ Strong leadership, training, and team-building skills.
∎ Ability to localize training materials from English to Bengali.
∎ Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
