• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content for social platforms independently and, aligning with the creative and marketing teams.
• Develop original and trend-aware creative concepts and scripts for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels.
• Produce and edit videos independently for use across social media promotions, retail/offline store marketing, and campaign needs.
• Proactively plan and propose content ideas for short-form platforms; work with the Digital Manager to optimize platform performance and engagement.
• Ensure visual and storytelling style aligns with the OnePlus brand identity.
• Deliver high-quality, on-brand content within deadlines.
• Stay current with short-form video trends, best practices, and platform updates.
