Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing & developing local channel & team
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team.
- Leading, motivate, and guide the field sales team to ensure high performance
- Morning presence at distribution house to plan, execute primary and secondary sales with dealer and training, directing and following up DSR team with specific target plan through TSM
- Keep a professional good relationship with partners & sales team to penetrate sales
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to HQ.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and guide to progress.
- Willingness of Market visit to check & follow up sales team execution & find gap and recover
- Arrange online / on the job training for improving team skills
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide insight and report line manager
