Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Site Scouting: Identify potential locations for new Mudi shops by scouting high-density areas near hotspots such as bazaars, schools/colleges, main roads, hospitals, and commercial zones.
∎ Negotiations: Engage in negotiations with property owners and landlords to secure favorable lease agreements.
∎ Liaising: Act as the primary point of contact between property owners and Mudi, ensuring smooth communication and agreement on terms.
∎ Reporting: Regularly report progress, site visits, and negotiations to the assigned Supervisor, following company protocols.
