Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
∎ Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately for seamless transactions.
∎ Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to create an inviting shopping environment.
∎ Handle incoming inventory shipments and assist with restocking shelves and displays.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock in running low.
∎ Collaborate with the team to implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
∎ Utilize your prior experience in the field to anticipate customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience operating a Point of Scale (POS) system is essential.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
∎ Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
∎ Availability to work on weekends and holidays, as needed.
∎ Physical ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Salary: Tk. 12500 - 13500 (Monthly)
