Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the health and wellbeing of the customer.
∎ Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety regulations.
∎ Ensure safe food handling practices are implemented.Inventory management Conduct regular inventory checks, ensure that all necessary supplies and ingredients are available, and Prevent shortages and reduce waste. Food safety
∎ Oversee the daily operations of a restaurant, including food safety practicesStaff retention

∎ We are opening a New Thai Restaurant in Dhaka fully owned by Thai National with it’s Ambience, Attentive Service and delectable dishes. It offers a taste of authentic Thai Flavors in the Heart of Dhaka.
∎ A restaurant manager's responsibilities include financial management, customer service, health and safety, inventory management, food safety, staff retention, attention to detail, food quality, and marketing.
∎ Financial management Maintain financial records for business and tax purposes, Report on business performance, and Identify areas for improvement and growth.
∎ Customer service Be patient and calm under pressure, Have excellent customer service skills, and Address customer feedback and complaints.
∎ Health and safety
