∎ Must be experienced in Arabian Restaurant.
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Good looking, smart and physically fit.
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.
∎ Courteous & efficient telephone manner.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks & manage workload using own initiative.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge.
∎ Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.
∎ Arabian Restaurants in relevant position.
∎ Must be experienced in Arabian Restaurant.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage overall management of restaurant operations on day to day basis to assure optimum
∎ performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, sales-marketing, party
∎ booking, property appearance and cost control.
∎ Partnership with other department heads to ensure guest satisfaction and quality foods.
∎ Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue in all areas of restaurant including
∎ Continuously develop guest relations and staffs skill.
∎ Ensure smooth restaurant operations & respond to customer queries and complaints.
∎ Identify improvements needed and build on guest loyalty.
∎ Event planning working on plans for large events like weddings or birthdays and others.
∎ Greeting customers, taking reservations, and responding to complaints.
