We`re looking for a friendly and attentive Restaurant Host to join our team at VAULT Restaurant. As the first point of contact for our guests, you`ll play a crucial role in ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step through our doors.
Job responsibilities:
Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, extending a genuine hospitality.
Ascertains guests` dining or lodging needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
Seat guests promptly and effectively manage the seating chart to optimize dining flow.
Monitor restaurant activity to anticipate seating availability and ensure efficient table turnover.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Perform opening and closing duties as needed to prepare and close the restaurant for service.
Assist colleagues with side work and other tasks.
Collaborate with fellow team members and other departments to foster positive working relationships and deliver seamless service.
