The Commis Chef plays a vital role in supporting the kitchen team, contributing to the preparation and cooking of dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. This position is a great opportunity to learn various cooking techniques and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items.
Follow recipes and portion controls as directed by senior chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
