Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese & Italian dishes (rice, noodles, soups, seafood, chicken, beef, etc.).
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all menu items.
- Plan and develop new Chinese dishes.
- Ensure proper hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and assist in purchasing kitchen supplies.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
