Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced Head Chef & Assistant Chef for Thai, Chinese, Kabab, Salad Bar, Bangla, Pastry & bakery, Indian and Continental dishes.
∎ Functional Area: Fast Foods Chain, Restaurant.
∎ Location: Jarun, Konabari, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules and sanitation requirements.
∎ Planning the menu with availability of seasonal ingredients.
∎ Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.
∎ Monitor regular standards of production to ensure highest level of quality.
∎ Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
∎ Plan and cost regular and party menus on weekly basis.
