Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and handle restaurant operational activities at Hotel X.
∎ Administer all F&B Service facilities and ensure optimal cleanliness and safety procedures in efficient working.
∎ Develops and manages restaurant staff & and guest satisfaction plans and actions for restaurant operations.
∎ Maintain an inventory for F&B Service Department in a monthly basis.
∎ Increase excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
∎ Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations. Supervises and manages Staff.
∎ Provides proactive coaching and counseling to team members.
∎ Provide a learning atmosphere with a focus on continuous improvement.
∎ Take ownership of the guest complain/problem until it is resolved or it has been addressed by the appropriate authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4 - 5 years experience as required position in any reputed 3/4 star treated hotel.
∎ English Fluency and Computer Literacy must.
∎ Outside Travel as per requirement.

Salary: Negotiable
