Responsibilities & Context:
- Setting table and serving food & Beverages and clearing in accordance with Radisson standards.
- Presents menus and/or daily specials.
- Exhibit knowledge of all items on the menu and with professional service manners.
- Supporting other colleagues to meet and exceed guest's expectations.
- Ensuring guests are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.
- Ensuring quick, efficient & friendly service at all times.
- Checking all logs, diary and other paperwork including opening and closing procedures.
