Job Context: In collaboration with line manager, contribute to the abuse prevention and ethics within the mission through awareness sessions and identification of the main obstacles preventing abuses in the mission, according to MSF policies and value in order to promote responsible behavior within the mission.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyzes existing sensitiveness, knowledge, barriers and awareness in relation to Responsible Behavior, the current weaknesses in the mission and to adapt the prevention activities (induction and on-boarding, awareness sessions, etc.) to the context.
To sensitize patients and caretakers in relation to the matter, and to evaluate how they relate to MSF staff and volunteers regarding behavior and abuse prevention, aiming to propose strategic changes when needed.
Raise awareness amongst MSF teams about Abuse Prevention, explaining to all individual and institutional responsibility, and what do to if they are victim, or if they witness of an abuse towards colleagues and beneficiaries.
Produces monthly report including assessment of the context related to barriers, weaknesses and strengths of the mission, main topics of discussion and problems encountered, sessions and trainings done, reporting and communication systems that are in place or in need to be established/ to change.
Close communication and collaborating with counterparts and colleagues in other MSF sections (Amsterdam and Paris) to ensure coherent activities (prevention messages, patient reporting mecanisms, co- facilitating awareness sessions, ect.) In collaboration with the HR Coordinator, analyses and collaborate with local resources such as NGOs and associations, even coordination plateforms, that work on prevention of abuse. Develop links where appropriate.
Supporting the Behavior Unit in HQ in disseminating prevention tools already developed and still to develop (videos, leaflets, posters). Proposing adaptation of these tools to the context/populations.
Facilitate workshops and trainings for MSF teams in the mission, in collaboration and under the HR Coordinator, the Responsible Behaviour Advisor and the Behaviour Unit.
To be the focal point and mentor for the Confidantes / Behavior Promoters / Ambassadors to provide a safe space for MSF teams to seek advice on behaviour and abuse issue in a confidential manner.

Salary is not negotiable.
Income tax deduction at source will be applicable based on the current income tax rule.
Festival bonus entitlement is effective upon completing one (01) year of uninterrupted service with MSF.There are no provisions for relocations.
