Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary responsibility is to maintain daily operations and look after the finances and marketing of the resort. It is necessary to provide a detailed report of the earnings and expenses every day
∎ Achieve targets set for each month.
∎ Maintain client/guest records and assure all necessary logs are kept up-to-date through established protocols.
∎ Supervise and direct the staff based on the needs
∎ Monitor appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and grooming standards.
∎ Develop, and implement action plans to ensure guest satisfaction
∎ Follow up with all guest queries and complaints, and ensure that they are resolved.
∎ Assist Reception and Guest Relations during busy times
∎ Ensure that Inventory is Checked & Refilled regularly
∎ Oversee the marketing and sales targets to bring in targeted clients for maximum revenue
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 65 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum work experience of over 3 years in the Hotel/Resort industry of Bangladesh is necessary.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 42000 (Monthly)
