Job Context:
∎ Aronnobash Resort is a renowned resort located at Pubail, Gazipur and committed to providing exceptional guest experiences. This role will be based in Dhaka.
∎ Position Overview: As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Aronnobash across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, public relations, and collaboration skills.
∎ Full-Time Position, Based in Dhaka, Proficiency in Public Relations and Digital Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital Marketing: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, search engines, email, and other relevant online channels.
∎ Ability to utilize various tools to create lucrative media content
∎ Utilize Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing strategies to enhance the resort's online visibility and drive organic traffic.
∎ Analyze digital marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
∎ Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for digital platforms, including website, social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
∎ Social Media Management: Manage and grow the resort's social media presence by creating and curating content
∎ Implement paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
∎ Public Relations: Create and maintain positive relationships with Corporates, local businesses, media outlets, travel bloggers, and the other target audience
∎ Develop and execute PR strategies to generate positive media coverage for the resort.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Proficiency in SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and analytics tools.
∎ Content Creation: Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
∎ Experience in creating multimedia content (photos, videos, etc.) for digital platforms.
∎ Public Relations: Previous experience in public relations, media relations, or communications will be prioritized.
∎ Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into marketing initiatives.
∎ We require 3-5 years of experience in Marketing/Sales.
∎ Proven track record of successfully implementing Marketing Strategies .
∎ Exceptional interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
