Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Resort Manager :
∎ A Resort Manager oversees the daily operations of a resort, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and efficient management.
∎ Responsibilities include:
∎ Guest Services: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
∎ Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring a motivated and efficient team.
∎ Operations Oversight: Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and food services to maintain high standards.
∎ Financial Management: Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.
∎ Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
∎ Compliance: Ensure the resort complies with health, safety, and legal regulations.
∎ Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
∎ Skills needed include strong leadership, excellent communication, financial acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Experience in hospitality management is often required.
