Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deal with client inquiries regarding airlines / flights.
∎ Communicate with clients to provide travel services.
∎ Respond to clients via online & offline channels.
∎ Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services.
∎ Book flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systems.
∎ Keep sales records & report sales information.
∎ Visa or tour package knowledge will be plus point.
∎ Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport /Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, reissue, issue, split / merge, refund, ancillary, EMD).
∎ Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration.
