Responsibilities & Context:
Deal with client inquiries regarding airlines / flights.
Communicate with clients to provide travel services.
Respond to clients via online & offline channels.
Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services.
Book flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systems.
Keep sales records & report sales information.
Visa or tour package knowledge will be plus point.
Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport /Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, reissue, issue, split / merge, refund, ancillary, Dummy bookings, EMD).
Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration.
