Air Ticket Issue, Reissue, EMD, Refund, reservation systems Amadeus are mandatory.
Follow-up-Booking, Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and service-related accounts.
Maintain Good Relation with Airlines.Sharing Innovative Marketing Idea, Making new Clients.
Corporate clients support through Over phone & Email.
Fulfills Customer queries & solve problem with team.F/N Payment followup.
Job Other Benifits:
3 to 6 years practical experience in relevant field.
