Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle air ticket reservations, re-issuance, refunds, and cancellations using GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
- Communicate with airlines and clients to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
- Prepare itineraries, fare quotes, and travel documentation accurately.
- Maintain daily sales and booking reports.
- Assist customers with visa, hotel, and tour package information as needed.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and support to clients.
