Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reservation Management:
∎ Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online booking platforms.
∎ Confirm reservations and send confirmation emails to guests.
∎ Manage reservation modifications, cancellations, and no-shows.
∎ Guest Service:
∎ Provide excellent customer service by answering guest questions and resolving issues promptly.
∎ Offer personalized recommendations on room types, dining options, and resort activities.
∎ Upsell additional services and packages to maximize revenue.
∎ Reporting:
∎ Generate accurate and timely reports on reservation statistics, occupancy rates.
∎ Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Administrative Tasks:
∎ Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and correspondence.
∎ Assist with other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry and filing.
