Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline from any reputed foreign university preferably in Economics and Statistics.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in implementation of Research.
∎ Participation in preparation of Research proposal.
∎ Provide intellectual leadership in designing and implementing the activities of the project and attaining all objectives and components laid out in the ToR.
∎ Facilitate the work of the other consultant(s), Initiative Lead and Senior Advisor.
∎ Ensure quality of all materials, which will be prepared and published.
∎ Supervising implementation of activities according to the work plan both research and training.
∎ Writing and reviewing, editing written materials.
∎ Acting as the Co-Chair of Core and Stakeholders Group, attend the meetings of the Initiative.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ MS Office
∎ SPSS
∎ Proficient in English and Statistical Software like STATA
∎ Must have professional writing and speaking capacity in English and Bangla, i.e. monitoring report, field visit report, event report, case study/story, press release, content writing, proposal writing etc.
∎ Timely decision making ability as well as multi-tasking capacity
∎ Strong commitment to organizational values, integrity, respect, commitment and solidarity

Salary: Tk. 100000 (Monthly)
