Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Economics/Statistics/International Relations.
∎ CGPA in Masters and Honours should be above 3.3 out of 4.
∎ Fresh post-graduates are preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with Joint Secretary in preparing policy responses to be sent to the Government.
∎ Conduct background research on various economic, country-specific market related issues for policy formulation as and where required.
∎ Drafting relevant Talking Points, Speeches and PPTs for President of BASIS.
∎ Writing Outcome Reports, Meeting Minutes, Meeting Summary etc.
∎ Maintaining liaison with development partners, foreign and overseas missions, public and private stakeholders.
∎ Taking up action research works and conducting surveys, FGDs frequently.
∎ Keeping track of important global, economic and business indicators.
∎ Providing support to the Editorial Team for preparing Annual Report, Software & IT Service Catalog, Exporters Directory and other documents as and where required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Passion and dedication to work in the research and international affairs domains.
∎ Open to learn.

Salary:
∎ As per the BASIS policy. Based on the performance will be fixed after the probationary period.

∎ Subsidized lunch and afternoon snacks.
∎ Yearly salary review based on the performance and 2 festival bonuses for the permanent employee after the successful completion of the probationary period.
