∎ Master’s degree in Economics, Social Science, Statistics/Applied Statistics, Data Science, MBA, Anthropology, Development Studies, or a related field from a reputed educational institution.
∎ Additional certifications or courses in Data Science or advanced research methodologies will be an advantage.

∎ 1 to 2 years of experience in consulting firms or research organizations.
∎ Familiarity with evaluation methodologies and proposal writing for development project evaluations is highly desirable.
∎ Fresh graduates with outstanding academic credentials are encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and persistent approach to overcoming challenges.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
∎ Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
∎ Strong command of data visualization tools and techniques.
∎ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Familiarity with social research methodologies and data analysis tools is an asset.
∎ Leadership qualities with the ability to foster teamwork and encourage innovative approaches.

∎ Strong expertise in research design, evaluation methodologies, and impact assessment.
∎ Proficiency in developing and implementing digital forms using tools like KoBo Toolbox and ODK.
∎ Strong knowledge of evaluation tool design, sampling strategies, and data collection methods.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, R, Python and data visualization software.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bangla.

∎ Conduct social research, analyze trends, and assess project impacts.
∎ Prepare comprehensive research reports, presentations, and client deliverables.

∎ Develop evaluation and research methodologies tailored to specific project needs.
∎ Design and implement data collection tools using platforms like KoBo Toolbox, ODK, and other digital systems.
∎ Create sampling strategies and design frameworks for project evaluation and impact assessment.
∎ Assist in managing client engagements and overseeing project activities.
∎ Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the organization.
