Job Responsibilities – Research & Development Executive

• Conduct in-depth research on organisations, institutions, and industry-related topics as assigned by upper management.

• Collect, analyse, and prepare research articles, reports, and documentation necessary for organisational planning and decision-making.

• Work actively on research initiatives that contribute to the organisation’s future growth, innovation, and strategic development.

• Visit relevant locations, institutions, events, or organisations to gather first-hand information and cover important news, updates, or developments.

• Monitor industry trends, market changes, and emerging opportunities relevant to the organisation’s objectives.

• Work cooperatively with the design sector of the organisation to support necessary development work and ensure timely posting of organisational updates.

• Submit timely and accurate research findings and progress reports to upper management.

• Strictly follow all instructions, policies, and direct orders provided by upper management.
