• Any degree/course on Data Science is a plus.

• 1-2 years of experience in research / financial analysis / consultancy.

• Fresh graduates with exceptional academic records are encouraged to apply.

  Additional Requirement

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and persistent approach to overcoming challenges.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to interpret.

• Must have advance knowledge in Computer & strong command on MS office, detail knowledge about all digital platforms and technology.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.

• Knowledge of financial modeling, market research methodologies, and data analysis tools is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to support client advisory projects.
• Analyze financial statements, economic trends, and business models.
• Assist in the preparation of research reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic insights and recommendations.
• Monitor local and global financial markets to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support the team in client engagements and project management activities.
• Cultivate a culture of persistence and creativity within the team, encouraging innovative thinking and a results-driven mindset.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the company time to time.

Salary Review : Yearly (based on performance)

Festival Bonus : 2 (each one will be equal to one month`s basic)
