Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Postgraduate/Master's degree in Economics, Statistics , Anthropology, Development Studies
∎ or other Social Science disciplines from any reputed university.
∎ A candidate having relevant job experience or having publication in peer reviewed journals will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing day-to-day research activities, from planning to implementation, and monitoring quality. This includes training, and supervising both field-based and data operations teams and making regular field visits when needed.
∎ Refining survey questionnaires.
∎ Supervising as well as contributing to both qualitative and quantitative data collection, management and processing and conducting data validation checks to ensure good quality of the data.
∎ Contributing as well as independently carrying out data management as well as analysis.
∎ Communicating regularly with PIs regarding progress of project.
∎ Communicating regularly with partner organizations, providing timely updates and responses, and participating in meetings with key stakeholders.
∎ Maintaining accurate records of collected data (both qualitative and quantitative) safeguarding the confidentiality of subjects, as necessary.
∎ Preparing progress and results reports for targeted stakeholders and sharing them timely.
∎ Monitoring project expenditures and timeline.
∎ Ensuring that all team members follow necessary protocols and procedures.

∎ Professional Requirements:
∎ A candidate having relevant concrete experiences on the relevant areas and having proven prior success to pursue the larger project/program from the government, development partners, multilateral organizations and I-NGOs.
∎ Strong research skills, including the ability to design and conduct research studies, collect and analyze data, and write research reports.
∎ The ability to analyze and interpret research data and draw conclusions from it.
∎ The ability to communicate research findings effectively through writing and presenting to a variety of audiences.
∎ Effective coordination skills
∎ Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
∎ Broad knowledge in business analysis and financial analytics
∎ Quick adaptation of new situation, challenges
∎ Problem solving and critical thinking.
∎ Knowledge & Skills:
∎ Strong understanding of different research methodologies and the ability to choose the appropriate methodology for a given research project.
∎ The ability to collect, analyze, and interpret research data using statistical software (STATA, NVivo, Atlas.ti etc.) or other tools.
∎ The ability to write clear and concise research reports and papers.
∎ The ability to communicate research findings effectively through writing and presenting to a variety of audiences.
∎ The ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment.
∎ Problem solving and critical thinking
∎ Standard oral and written communication and presentation skills
∎ Standard interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively

Salary:
∎ Negotiable (the successful candidate will receive remuneration depending on their qualifications, eligibility, and relevant experience) Other allowance: Performance Allowance will be available as per HR Policy.
