Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have a Postgraduate/Master's degree in Development Studies, Economics, Statistics or other Social Science disciplines from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead proposal as well as concept notes development, coordination and submission process to ensure that adequate numbers of quality concept notes/proposals are ready.
∎ Generate innovative ideas, proposals including budgets in line with donor priorities and guidelines
∎ Explore the new opportunities to mobilize the external resources, fund raising and pursue the projects (single and multi-year).
∎ Collect and track proposal-related information and sharing information to program team and provide inputs/clarifications including queries/questions of donors.
∎ Contextual analysis, drafting concepts, collaborate with program implementation team, and facilitate submission to funding entities aligned with program priorities and plans.
∎ Gather information on potential partners, partner management, and other facilities such as training, additional contributions that could be leveraged from partner.
∎ Provide team members with required support including but not limited to, textual input, review, completing forms, follow up with team members to ensure timely responses.
∎ Review and finalize documents such as similar project experience, description of partners and project organogram.
∎ Outreach and communication with stakeholders, mobilize the stakeholders' platform.
∎ Work with the management and team, track progress of proposal development schedule, provide inputs, provide support to plan, develop and conduct review of internal and external evaluations of the projects.
∎ Facilitate program team and the project focal to kick start the project implementation.

∎ A candidate having relevant concrete experiences on the relevant areas and having proven prior success to pursue the larger project/program from the government, development partners, multilateral organizations and I-NGOs.
∎ Strong analytical skills and creativity.

∎ Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
∎ Broad knowledge in business analysis and financial analytics.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable (the successful candidate will receive remuneration depending on their qualifications, eligibility, and relevant experience) Other allowance: Performance Allowance will be available as per HR Policy.
