Educational Requirements:
∎ Undergraduate in graphic design, fine art, CSE or related subject

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and influence creative conceptualization, idea generation and thematic actions of CI.
∎ Creating 2/3D designs & develop digital contents for research outputs (e.g. report, policy brief, policy paper etc.), and promotional materials (e.g. image, edited video, promo) for outreach and campaign online platforms and documents (e.g. Website, Social media posts Banner, Google ads Banner, Facebook ads banners, logos, and other promotional YouTube, LinkedIn etc.).
∎ Maintain an accurate and up to date database of the organization and act as a contact point for external communication of the organization.
∎ Contribute as well as develop brand promotion and marketing strategies of the organization, including internal communications through email, social media tool, telephone calls etc.
∎ Lead any national and international event, interactive sessions and project kick off to assess and translate business needs into creative ideas.
∎ Develop plans to ensure stakeholder engagement.
∎ Build new partnerships and identify appropriate stakeholders and promote tools and solutions that will ensure the ongoing growth.
∎ Represent the organization at various events when required.
∎ Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must be comfortable with working materials from Evantro / freepik marketplace.
∎ Knowledge of different composition techniques.
∎ Effective community engagement skills.
∎ Good oral and written communication and presentation skills
∎ Broad knowledge in social media platforms
∎ Quick adaptation of new situation, challenges
∎ Strong team player.
∎ Problem solving and critical thinking.
∎ Knowledge & Skills:
∎ The ability to come up with new and innovative ideas.
∎ The ability to create visually appealing designs and layouts.
∎ Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
∎ Candidates with 2D animation skills in After Effects will be preferable.
∎ Having passion in photography will be an advantage.
∎ Good knowledge of using colors.
∎ Understanding of html/css will be a plus.
∎ Strong designing skills and creativity.
∎ The ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively in order to meet deadlines.
∎ The ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment.
∎ The ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
∎ The ability to identify and solve problems creatively and effectively.
∎ The ability to pay close attention to detail in order to produce high-quality work.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable (the successful candidate will receive remuneration depending on their qualifications, eligibility, and relevant experience) Other allowance: Performance Allowance will be available as per HR Policy.
