Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide executive-level administrative support to the Director by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.
∎ Serve as the central communication link between the Director and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality in all professional matters and oversee office activities to support efficient and organized operations.
∎ Willing to travel nationally and internationally.
∎ The initial appointment will be for three months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
