Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Final year students may apply.
∎ A discipline such as social science, or prior experience in research is preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Data Collection, Interviewing skill, Microsoft Excel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct field-level data collection using evaluation tools, and following prescribed methodologies (e.g., survey, focus group discussions, key informant interviews) through in-person and online interactions.
∎ Conduct field-level data processing (e.g., transcribe, translate, tabulate, and organize, qualitative and quantitative data collection)
∎ Coordinate and organize site visits and interviews, including the arrangement of local logistics and communication with key informants such as implementing partners, government agencies, and other partner institutions.
∎ Assist in documentation (i.e., online and in-person meetings, workshops, consultations).
∎ Prepare and submit data collection field reports and summary sheets for all surveys, KII's and Focus Groups.
∎ Complete the required orientation/training sessions and attend team meetings (either remotely or in person).
∎ Perform other tasks related to data collection and analysis as assigned by the program team leader.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Good interpersonal skills. Enumerators must be able to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds, and explain the study to respondents
∎ Strong technology skills. Enumerators will use tablets to locate respondents, record GPS coordinates, and enter responses.
∎ Attention to detail. Enumerators will be required to carefully follow instructions relating to the selection of respondents and recording of responses.
∎ Travel costs will be reimbursed.
∎ Available to work full-time 5-6 days of the week during survey.

Salary: Negotiable
