Responsibilities & Context:
The Content Writer and Editor will be a key member of the core Program Team, and will be responsible for producing engaging articles, blog posts, and web content using SEO best practices to promote our mission and tell impactful stories. Duties include researching topics, interviewing stakeholders, and producing content that aligns with our style guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Create content in the form of articles, blogs, how-to guides, and captions for websites, social pages and research reports
- Research assigned topics and conduct interviews with volunteers, donors, and industry experts when necessary
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and apply SEO strategies to the articles to increase content and brand visibility
- Proofread and edit content following our style guide
