∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferable to Science background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ To record the test results accomplished in LabRight Bangladesh Limited or subcontract laboratories into automation program,
∎ To check,
∎ To make necessary arrangements,
∎ To report them so as to be transmitted to the customer and
∎ To provide communication with the customer in necessary situations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recording of test results into automation ( Results regarding the tests accomplished in LabRight
∎ Bangladesh Limited and external laboratories )
∎ Report controlling (In compliance with management system, it controls the results recorded into automation program and the results indicated in test record form).
∎ Report revision ,
∎ Approval and publishing of the report ,
∎ Communication with the customer (It informs the customers about test process and results if necessary and receives the requests coming from the customer, In case of a deviation with sample and request, it contacts with the customer about the situation).
∎ To record the feedback coming from the customer and to follow them up.
∎ It works in compliance with environmental, health, safety, rule, procedure and regulations.
∎ Responsible for contribution to improvement of the company prestige
∎ Responsible for fulfillment of duties, to keep the documents confidential regarding the company which are delivered to him, to keep the physical assets of the company elaborately.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Computer stills
∎ Good Commend of English
∎ Preferable to Science background
