About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers with a focus on driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service

• Communicate product & service features and benefits clearly, aiming to close appointment on each call

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and maximize potential

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes

 

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 1 Year experience in an International Call Center, Cold Calling, or Tele Sales role

• Minimum completion of High School or equivalent education

• Fluency in English with strong communication and persuasion skills

• A high-quality PC or a Laptop, noise-cancelling headset and a reliable, high-speed internet connection

• Availability to work during U.S. hours (Night shift in Bangladesh) with a committed and punctual approach

• A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and stay motivated
