∎ A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role
∎ Fluency in English with strong communication and persuasion skills
∎ A high-quality PC or a Laptop, noise-cancelling headset and a reliable, high-speed internet connection
∎ Availability to work during U.S. hours with a committed and punctual approach
∎ A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and stay motivated

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers with a focus on driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service
∎ Communicate product features and benefits clearly, aiming to close sales on each call
∎ Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and maximize potential
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes
