Basic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
Willingness and ability to learn business acquisition techniques and support relationship development activities.
Fundamental negotiation skills with an understanding of Small Business, guided by senior team members.
Experience in SME Business Banking will be preferred.
Strong understanding of Bangladesh Bank regulations, credit risk, and SME products.
Proven ability in business development, client relationship management, and portfolio quality control will be valued.
Responsibilities & Context:
Source CMSE loan customers under the Small Business Unit.
Conduct client visits, collect financial and business information, and prepare credit proposals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure portfolio quality and recovery.
Support loan documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement monitoring.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies.
Achieve assigned sourcing and service quality objectives.
Proven track record in small business segment.
