Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve individual CASA & Deposit target on retail CASA & Deposit products daily, weekly & monthly basis set by respective Sales Team Manager.
∎ Meeting sales target along with finding potential customer
∎ Manage sales matrix along with finding potential customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having sales experiences of 6 months is preferred
∎ Strong quality to work in a team and lead them
∎ Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target

Salary:
∎ Attractive monthly sales commission up to BDT 150,000Minimum monthly salary during training & development period : BDT 12,000Minimum monthly salary after training & development period : BDT 15,000Eligible to sit for absorption exam for promotion position after 2 years based on performance
