Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master degree in Marketing, International Business or related field from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain client relationships with clients to sponsor education for underprivileged children using available mode of communication.
∎ Maintain accurately various databases for smooth operation of sponsorship processes (Payment, Live Form, Sponsor Details, etc.).
∎ Align work process to ensure and achieve departmental and organizational goals.
∎ Communicate with sponsors and school team in relation to maintenance of the children and their wellbeing.
∎ Coordinate and be in sync with the school education team for various sponsor related concerns.
∎ Visit Sponsor Parents, Organize visits and virtual meetings for Sponsor Parents to meet their sponsored children.
∎ Ensure engagement of Sponsor Parents with their sponsored children and with JAAGO Foundation.
∎ Attend events arranged by the organization to attract new sponsors.
∎ Gather feedback from sponsors and implement necessary changes.
∎ Prepare Monthly and Weekly Reports.
∎ Attend to any other task assigned by the Head of Child Welfare Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year of experience in relevant field.
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla (Speaking and Writing) and ability to produce reports and proposals.
∎ Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Google Drive etc.
∎ Have the ability to build and maintain good relationship with sponsors and rising funds.
∎ Has to be proactive, self-motivating and hardworking.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
