Basic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
Willingness and ability to learn business acquisition techniques and support relationship development activities.
Fundamental negotiation skills with an understanding of basic collection and recovery practices, guided by senior team members
Responsibilities & Context:
Regular market survey, source new small business customers and support loan acquisition activities.
Conduct preliminary client screening and assist in documents collection.
Support to Business Development Managers in field-level activities.
Maintain relationships with clients to ensure portfolio quality and recovery.
Maintain basic client information and follow up on leads.
Ensure adherence to ethical sales practices and bank guidelines.
