Job Context:
∎ Project duration: Up to November 30, 2022 with possibilities of extension depends upon Donor and Budget.
∎ Job Location: Rohingya Refugee Camp, Cox`s Bazar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing patients both Rohingya and Host Community for returning to community or to normal regular life,
∎ Determining patients’ potential difficulties for receiving services.
∎ Providing necessary guidance to patients as required.
∎ Identification of patients and ensure their proper diagnosis and referral through professional knowledge or from professional team members
∎ Assisting in developing comprehensive individual rehabilitation plans for patients,
∎ Ensuring continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing and instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs, progress to meet the desired goals of the project.
∎ Working and assisting with other healthcare professionals i.e. physicians, therapists and counselors as required,
∎ Recommending and/or providing assistive equipment/ devices.
∎ Visiting patients as part of follow-up activities/as asked.
∎ Assist Team Leader for documentation of formalities with RRRC, Civil Surgeon, CIC, UNO and other GO, NGO etc.
∎ Organize mobile clinic, awareness program and facilitate home modification and other project related objectives.
∎ Referred PO client to CRP-Chattogram and if required, to bring them to divisional branch with maintaining all formal procedure.
∎ Performing related activities as assigned by supervisor

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
